प्रश्न ;गर्मी आने पर तापमान के बढ़ने से कोरोना वायरस का प्रकोप खत्म हो जाएगा ?
यह बात सही है कि अगर गर्मी ज्यादा हो ,तो हो सकता है कि उसका ट्रांसमिशन काम हो जाए। लेकिन इसमें यह समझना जरुरी है कि जहाँ -जहाँ ऑउटब्रेक हो रहा है ,जैसे सिंगापुर ,थाईलैंड में पहले से ही गर्मी है। वहाँ 30 डिग्री से ज्यादा तापमान है वहाँ भी कई केस आये है। लिहाज़ा यह बात सही नहीं है कि गर्मियों में यह वायरस ख़त्म हो जायेगा। यह भी समझना जरुरी है कि हम ज्यादातर समय घर के अंदर रहे ,चाहे घर हो या ऑफिस ,या शॉपिंग मॉल हो। इनमे कई जगहें एयरकंडिशन्ड होती है। उस जगह पर कोई अगर खास रहा है ,तो वायरस के फैलने की आशंका रहती है। इंडोर इन्वॉयरमेंट में भी सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए। बाहर गर्म हवाओं में वायरस का सरवाइवल कुछ काम हो जायेगा।

प्रश्न ;हमें टेस्ट कब ,क्यों और क्यों नहीं करना चाहिए ?
पहला आपको कोई लक्षण होने चाहिए ,दूसरा किसी संक्रमित के संपर्क में आये है ,विदेश यात्रा की हो और यात्रा के बाद आपको बुखार खांसी आदि हुई तो टेस्ट करवाना जरुरी है। वो भी सरकारी अस्पताल में। इसकी जाँच की अनुमति प्राइवेट अस्पताल को नहीं है। सरकार यह जाँच मुफ्त करती है।

प्रश्न ;क्या एल्कोहल के सेवन से कोरोना खत्म हो जाता है ?
एल्कोहल से आपकी इम्युनिटी कम होती है ,लिहाज़ा इन्फेक्शन होने की आशंका बढ़ जाती है। इसके पीने से नुकसान ही है फायदा नहीं है।

प्रश्न ;ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सैनिटाइज़र या मास्क की जरुरत है या नहीं ?
यह वायरस हमेशा बाहर से आता है।  कोई यह वायरस लेकर आपके गाँव में आ सकता है ,खुद वायरस गाँव में कभी नहीं आ सकता। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ज्यादा लोग बाहर से आते नहीं ,इसलिए वहाँ इन्फेक्शन की आशंका कम है।

प्रश्न ;कोरोना वायरस का जन्म कैसे हुआ ?
यह वायरस कोई नया वायरस नहीं है।  बहुत पुराना वायरस है। वायरस की म्युटेशन होती रहती है। यह नया वायरस पुराने वायरस की म्युटेशन है। चूंकि 2019 में इसका पता चला ,इसलिए इसे covid -19 कहते है। यह बाकियों की तुलना में घातक है। यह अपना पुराना फॉर्म छोड़ कर ज्यादा खतरनाक बन गया है। अगर पुराना वायरस होता तो हमारा प्रतिरक्षण तंत्र इनसे लड़ सकता था।

प्रश्न ;क्या कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमण हमेशा जानलेवा है ?
अभी तक जो चीन और अन्य देशों डाटा आया है ,उसके अनुसार 80 %संक्रमित अपने आप ठीक हो गए। हल्की खांसी ,जुकाम बुखार के बाद अपने आप ये लोग ठीक हो गए।

प्रश्न ;सैनिटाइज़र के कई ब्रांड बाजार में उपलब्ध है। लोगों को भ्रमित है कि कौन सा लें कौन सा न लें। इस समस्या का समाधान कैसे हो सकता है ?
उनको पहले देखना चाहिए कि बॉटल पर अल्कोहल बेस्ट लिखा है या नहीं ,क्योंकि अल्कोहल बेस्ट सैनिटाइज़र वायरस को मार देता है। सरकार ने इसे एसेंशियल कोमोडिटी डिक्लेयर किया है। इसके गलत प्रोडक्ट नहीं बेच सकते। ब्लैक मार्केट नहीं कर सकते।


प्रश्न ;जिन्हे खासी-ज़ुकाम है ,केवल उन्हें मास्क का प्रयोग करना चाहिए ?
अभी तक जो डाटा है उसके आधार पर जिनको खासी- ज़ुकाम है वो मास्क लगाएं। आम इंसान जो स्वास्थ्य है ,कोई तकलीफ नहीं है ,उसको मास्क लगाने की जरुरत नहीं है। मास्क लगाने से कभी-कभी नुकसान भी हो जाता है। आपके हाथ में इन्फेक्शन है और आप बार-बार मास्क एडजस्ट करने के लिए अपने हाथ चेहरे पर लगाएंगे। बार-बार टच करेंगे ,तो संक्रमित हो सकते है।



प्रश्न ;हाथ साफ़ करने के लिए सैनिटाइज़र का इस्तेमाल कब करें ?
अगर आप सफर पर हैं ,तो मजबूरी है कि आप सैनिटाइज़र का प्रयोग करें ,लेकिन आप ऐसी जगह पर है ,जहाँ पानी और साबुन उपलब्ध है ,तो उसका ही इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।


प्रश्न ;क्या कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण केवल वृद्धों को हो सकता है बच्चों को नहीं ?
यह दोनों हो सकता है ,छोटे से छोटे बच्चे को भी ,बड़ों और वृद्धों को भी। जो 70 साल से ऊपर हैं ,उनको समस्या ज्यादा होगी। जिसको ब्लड प्रेसर ,डायबटीज और पुरानी हार्ट की बीमारी है ,उनमें मृत्यु दर काफी अधिक है।

प्रश्न ;सरकार सभी से कह रही है कि घरों में रहें ,बाहर मत जायें। स्कूल ,कॉलेज ,स्वीमिंग पूल ,मॉल आदि बंद कर दिए गए। ये कदम कहाँ तक कारगर साबित हो सकते हैं ?
इसका सीधा प्रमाण इटली है। वहाँ दो प्रोविंस हैं -साउथ और वेस्ट। एक प्रोविंस को 25 फ़रवरी को लॉक डाउन किया दूसरी को 3 मार्च को किया। 25 फ़रवरी को जहाँ लॉक डाउन किया ,वहाँ मामलों की संख्या गिर गई। जहाँ 3 मार्च को किया अभी तक वहाँ मामले आ रहे हैं। यह साफ़ है -लॉक डाउन या आईसोलेशन से बहुत फायदा है।

प्रश्न ;दिल्ली से प्रभात -हमारे पास लोगों को अगर खांसी बहुत है ,तो क्या वो कोरोना वायरस के मरीज हो सकते हैं ?
हर एक खांसी कोरोना वायरस नहीं है। यह एक खास वायरस है ,इसके लक्षण समझना बहुत जरुरी है। इसमें खांसी के साथ बुखार ,ज़ुकाम ,गले में खराश ,सुखी खांसी होती है। शरीर में दर्द भी हो सकता है। ये वायरल फीवर के भी लक्षण है। पिछले 14 दिन में अगर विदेश से या ऐसे शहर से आये हैं ,जहाँ यह बीमारी फैली है। या किसी ऐसे पेशेंट के संपर्क में आये हैं ,जो लैबोरेटरी में कनफर्म कोरोना केस है ,इससे जो बुखार ,खांसी आपको हो ,उस पर शक किया जा सकता है। लेकिन अगर कोई ऐसा व्यक्ति जो विदेश नहीं गया है ,या किसी संक्रमित के संपर्क में नहीं आया है और खांसी हो रही है ,तो यह आम खांसी है ,घबराने की बात नहीं।

Question: Will the Corona Virus outbreak be caused by the rise in temperature when it is hot?
It is true that if the heat is high, then its transmission may work. But it is important to understand that wherever there is an outbreak, such as Singapore, Thailand is already hot. There is a temperature of more than 30 degrees, there have also been many cases. So it is not right that this virus will be finished in summer. It is also important to understand that we stay indoors most of the time, whether home or office or shopping mall. Many of these places are air-conditioned. If someone is special at that place, there is a possibility of the virus spreading. Caution should also be exercised in indoor invoices. Survival of viruses in hot air outside will do some work.

Question: When, why and why should we not do the test?
First, you should have any symptoms, second, you have come in contact with an infected, have traveled abroad and after traveling, you have to have a fever, cough, etc. then it is necessary to get tested. Question: Does consuming alcohol eliminate corona?
Alcohol reduces your immunity, so it increases the risk of infection. There is harm from drinking it, there is no use.


Q: Whether sanitizers or masks are needed in rural areas?
This virus always comes from outside. Someone can come to your village with this virus, the virus itself can never come to the village. In rural areas, more people do not come from outside, so there is less possibility of infection.

Question; How was the coronavirus born?
This virus is not a new virus. It is a very old virus. The mutation of the virus continues. This new virus is a mutation of the old virus. Since it was discovered in 2019, it is called COVID-19. It is deadlier than the rest. It has become more dangerous leaving its old form. If there was a chronic virus, our immune system could fight them.

Q: Is coronavirus infection always fatal?
According to the data that China and other countries have received so far, 80% of the infected have been cured automatically. These people got cured on their own after a mild cough, cold fever.

Q: There are many brands of sanitizers available in the market. People are confused about which one to take and which not to take. How can this problem be resolved?
They should first see if alcohol is written on the bottle because alcohol best kills the sanitizer virus. The government has declared it an essential commodity declaration. It cannot sell its wrong products. Can't do the black market.


Question: Those who have a cold, should only use masks?

Question: Can coronavirus infection only happens to the elderly and not to children?
It can be both, even the smallest child, the elders and the old. Those who are above 70 years will have more problems. Those who have blood pressure, diabetes and chronic heart disease have significantly higher mortality rates.

Question: The government is asking everyone to stay in homes, do not go out. Schools, colleges, swimming pools, malls, etc. were closed. How far can these steps work?
